Requirements for Buying a FranchiseThe basic requirements for the franchise candidates:
The entrepreneurs, who have an interest in the real estate sector, who have the basic knowledge and skills at the subjects of the administration, operation, organization, sales and marketing, who think about and treat for the services, who are susceptible to the system and standards, who have the vision in/outside the sector, are the Realty World franchise candidates.
The franchise entrance price:
5000 – 25000 USD + VAT*
* It is priced according to the population density of the districts. And the 30% payment is paid cash after the contract is signed and the rest of the payment is paid by 3 installments.Continual franchise payment:
Every month 6% of the agency revenue.
Continual publicity fund payment:
Every month 2% of the agency revenue.
The franchise enterprise number:
It's aimed that 100 franchise agencies at the end of 2006, 500 agencies at the end of 2010 will be opened and 7000 people will be employed in Turkey.
The Agency Standards (in/outdoor)
Every agency has to be adequate for the Realty World institutional identity, accessible, min. 90 m², on the ground or first floor level and every agency has to have a reception bench, waiting room, working room for the customer representatives, meeting and interview rooms and professional view with the room for the enterprise owner. Outside, there has to be illuminated sign that is adequate for the REALTY WORLD institutional identity and orientation signs, if necessary. The consultancy service for the agency design standards is given by Realty World and its price is between 7000 and 10000 USD for the 90 m²-agency.
